INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
Provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196
Dear Customer,
We wish to inform you that for the purpose connected with the providing of real estate consultation and assistance services, the “Marco Lolli” individual concern, with offices in Corciano (PG) Via Ballerini n. 17, processes the data which you have furnished, or which it has acquired in the carrying out of the professional/business activities requested.
The holder of the data to be processed is the same individual concern, in the person of its owner, Mr. Marco Lolli.
The list of those in charge of processing personal data and of third parties to whom communications are sent is available at the offices of the aforesaid company.
The data are processed using procedures suitable for protecting your privacy and consist of the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, divulgation, cancellation and destruction of the data, including the combination of two or more of the aforesaid activities.
The data you have transmitted shall be kept and processed with the guarantees of security and privacy provided for by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 and will be utilized solely and exclusively for carrying out the assignment received and for informational communications sent by the “Marco Lolli” individual concern, as well as for obligations required by law.
The processing of the data may take place on paper or by IT, telematic or automatic means.
The data transmitted shall not in any event by transferred, assigned or sold in any manner or form to third parties without the previous and express permission of the person concerned.
Besides for the purposes related, instrumental, and necessary to the providing of the service, the processing of the data shall be for the purposes of:
- communicating the data to companies or professionals who carry out tasks necessary or instrumental to the performing of the service, credit institutes indicated by you, and companies that manage credit risk databanks;
- collecting data and information in general and in detail on the customer’s preferences and tendencies; sending information and any offers of the aforesaid concern; or for all the legitimate purposes of a business and/or statistical nature.
The providing of the data is optional.
These data are nonetheless necessary to the “Marco Lolli” company for the transmitting of the information requested, for the formulation of the offer, for the carrying out of the assignment received and for accounting/tax requirements.
With the sending of the completed electronic form or with confirmation sent via e-mail, you consent to the processing of the data contained in it according to the procedures explained in the preceding paragraph.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail or other communications to the addresses indicated and contained in this site implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, as well as all other personal data entered by the sender in the communication, to be used for sending a reply or providing services.
The data will be kept as according to the provisions of law at the offices of the “Marco Lolli” company and processed by employees and/or professionals appointed for this purpose, who carry out the aforesaid activities under its direct supervision and responsibility.
During normal operations the IT and telematic systems and software procedures used for the operating of this site acquire some data of a personal nature, the transmission of which is implied in the use of web communication protocols or is used for the better management or optimization of the site (e.g. IP addresses, URL addresses, domain names, time of the requests, file dimensions, and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system). This acquisition, which takes place exclusively for statistical purposes or for monitoring proper site operation, does not have any commercial purposes, nor is it used in any manner for the identification of the user, and it is done through server technologies, managed and administrated by the holder of the data to be processed, or by those he has appointed.
We also wish to inform you that according to Art. 7 of Leg. Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, you have the right to oppose, wholly or in part, for legitimate reasons, the data processing and you may, according to the procedures and within the limits provided for by the laws in force, request confirmation of the existence of personal data that concern you, and to know the origin, receive an intelligible notification of them, obtain information regarding the logic, procedures and purposes of the data processing, request that they be updated, rectified and supplemented, request that they be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form, request the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuing of the objectives for which they were collected, and in general exercise all rights you have as according to the laws in force.
