Our office is based on the ground floor of an ancient stone building in the centre of the beautiful medieval hill top town of Corciano midway between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, right in the centre of Umbria.

The region of UMBRIA lies in the exact geographic centre of the Italian peninsula, between Rome and Florence and is easily accessible.

Motorway A1 “Autostrada del Sole” Florence - Rome

• Travelling SOUTH (from Florence), exit at Valdichiana; take E45 to Perugia

• Travelling NORTH (from Rome), exit at: Orte -  Turning right towards Terni, take the E45 east for 20km- Exit, turning north towards Perugia/Cesena

• For those arriving from the NORTH, exits at: Rimini (following signs for Città di Castello) - Fano (following signs for Gubbio);
