About us

Above all, we are Umbrians, who know and love this land of ours. Since we were children, our eyes and our minds have been seeing and experiencing a special landscape, different from any other.

We have seen places of absolute peace, we have seen secluded farmhouses looking over hidden, pristine valleys, we have seen spring times that paint our countryside in yellows and reds. We have seen hills and valleys rolling, one after the other, as far as the eye can see. We have seen rows of cypresses leading to tiny medieval villages that are now deserted. We want to share these visions, these sensations, not keep them for ourselves.

Our mission is to make it possible for people from all over the world to come and get to know this land and its people. We would like for one of these houses to be yours. To make this happen, we spoke with the current owners, we took pictures of the houses, and we described their surroundings.

What we can do now is to speak with you, in German, English or Italian, and to tell you about the special character and secret beauty to be found in each one of these houses. We can help you understand whether this is the place for you. And we can help you to buy or rent them, without letting the slowness and inefficiency of Italian bureaucracy spoil in the least bit your enjoyment of living in Umbria.

What you will see at our site is a large number of houses, villas, and farmhouses that have been visited, experienced and selected so that they might become places to fall in love with, for a holiday or for an entire lifetime, for us, our friends or our clients.

You can choose to have us arrange and follow the plans for the restoration of your house. And finally, if you like, we can help you furnish your house and manage and look after if for you when you are away.
