This holiday property sits on a natural hill terrace between Umbria and Tuscany, 1 km from beautiful Città della Pieve and it is centrally located to many favourite tourist stops such as Florence, Cortona, Chiusi, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno.
The property consists of a small group of finely renovated stone and brick buildings, surrounded by an approx. 16 hectares large plot of land.
There are six comfortable double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and 2 cozy self catering holiday apartments with (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each). The bedrooms and the apartments are attractively furnished and decorated in traditional Umbrina style. At guest's disposal there are also a relax area, a reception room, a TV and a leisure room, a laundry and a roofed enclosure for the guests' dogs.
The farm produces excellent quality olive oil, wine, honey, jams, grappa, that can be tasted at the property restaurant. Olive trees, grapes, fruits, vegetables are all organically grown. They breed Maremma horses (for horse riding lessons and long rides in the green untouched woods), sheep, geese, ducks, poultry, bees and turkeys.
