This charming stone building, originally an ancient monastery, in this last centuries transformed into a private dwelling, has been perfectly restructured and is completely furnished in a rustic and very comfortable style.

The main building was divided into 6 pretty holiday apartments of different sizes (varying from 44 sqm to 80 sqm) and lay-out , the former agricultural stone outbuilding was converted into a delightful detached holiday house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has 6+1 sleeps. All units have central heating with separate meters for gas, water and electricity, sat. TV, fully equipped kitchens, fire place in the sitting rooms.

The guests can relax in the wide park with swimming pool (pool for adults 15x7,5meters and pool for children diam. of 5 meters). There is a large car park, a nice pergola for eating al fresco and a fully equipped BBQ area.

The property is situated in a sunny and pleasant position just off the floor of the valley and therefore has the advantage of easy accessibility. It enjoys a lovely view over the ancient medieval hill top town of Corciano, which is only 2 km away. Due to its central location between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, this is an ideal accommodation for exploring the most beautiful art towns in Umbria and South Tuscany.
