Typical umbrian farmhouse restored preserving the traditional architecture, divided in 4 holiday apartments (2+2 sleeps) with sitting room with cooking corner and sleeping couch for 2 people, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. Further there is detached unit, the former barn, in front of the swimming pool, with 4+2 sleeps consisting in a large sitting room with wide windows enjoying stunning views over the wooded mountains, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

All apartments are furnished in a rustic style and with all comforts for a pleasant stay.

There is a private swimming pool (18x7m) near the house at guests’ disposal. The house is surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden + a wide park. In the owner’s house, which is few meters from the holiday house, there is a completely equipped kitchen + a large hobby room with billiard and enough space for organizing group dinners + a fitness room. On request the owner’s wife can prepare exquisite cakes and dinners with Umbrian specialities.

The house is situated on a hill site with splendid views surrounded by unspoilt greenerey. The next local town is Pantano, near the famous Antognolla Golf courts, only 15 km from Perugia and 15 km from Umbertide. The E45 dual carriage road exit is only 7 km distant and therefore from here you are in a wonderful location for exploring the rich cultural heritage of Umbria and the bordering regions.
